Welcome to Global Village Victoria, an official CELPIP and CAEL Test Centre, and a member of the well-respected Global Village English Centres group of schools. Established in 1999, Global Village Victoria has been helping international students reach their English Language proficiency goals for twenty years.

As Victoria’s test specialists, we offer full-time, part-time and evening classes in General English and Test preparation. The test centre is well-established on the island and has been helping test takers since 2011. Our staff is committed to customer service, and providing the best possible conditions for test takers to do well on their Language Proficiency Testing. Global Village serves Victoria as well as up-island communities such as Nanaimo, Campbell River, Courtney, Parksville, Ladysmith and Duncan.
The Global Village Victoria Test Centre is ideally situated in the centre of the capital city of British Columbia, Canada. We are only a minute walk from central public transit routes and seconds away from Victoria’s picturesque inner harbor, as well as outdoor cafes, pubs, boutiques, restaurants and shopping malls. Nearby Vancouver and Seattle can be reached within 2-3 hours’ travel.

For your convenience, we suggest you use the underground parking at the Bay Centre or the parking garage on Yates St, both of which are within walking distance from Global Village Victoria.
