Benefits of the CAEL Scores and Identity Verification System
Directly Verify An Individual's Score
The CAEL Scores and Identity Verification System (SIVS) allows for organizations to directly verify an individual’s scores with the CAEL Office, without relying on mailed, paper score reports.
Bulk Download Scores
CAEL SIVS also allows organizations to subscribe to the Bulk Scores Download feature, which allows for organizations to automatically receive score reports from all individuals that have selected to send their CAEL scores to that institution. Subscribers to the Bulk Scores Download feature will no longer receive Official paper score reports in the mail.
How to Apply For The CAEL Scores and Identity Verification System
Applying to gain access to the CAEL Scores and Identity Verification System (SIVS) is simple and straightforward.
Download The Form
Download and complete the CAEL Scores and Identity Verification System Application Form.
Email The Completed Form
Email the completed form to assessments@paragontesting.ca with the subject line “CAEL SIVS Application”. Once received, our CAEL staff will review your form submission.
Wait For Confirmation
Once your CAEL Scores and Identity Verification System Application Form has been reviewed, a CAEL staff member will contact you via the information provided in the form, and provide you with instructions on how to use the SIVS.
Choose The Bulk Order Option
When completing the CAEL Scores and Identity Verification System Application Form, organizations have the choice of subscribing to the “Bulk Scores Download” option. This feature provides organizations with score information from all individuals who have selected to submit their CAEL scores to that organization.
